I, nor any of the legal gaurdians of my guest, will hold Tuscawilla Country Club, or their owners, affiliates/ investors responsible for any accident or injury to my child or guests while participating in any activities on property. I acknowledge that my child can swim on their own without any additional assistance and can participate in pool activities and that i have listed any allergies my child may have.
