Camp Waiver

Waiver

I, nor any of the legal guardians of my guest, will hold Tuscawilla Country Club or its owners, affiliates, or investors responsible for any accident or injury to my child or guests while participating in activities on property. I acknowledge that my child is able to swim independently without assistance and can safely participate in pool activities, and that I have listed any allergies my child may have. Additionally, I grant Tuscawilla Country Club permission to photograph and/or record my child or guests during activities for documentation or promotional purposes, with the understanding that such media may be used by the Club at its discretion.
